‘Drop-IN’ PERF PANELS
DESCRIPTION
Designed specifically for standard ceiling grid systems, the CoreBOO DROP-IN Perforated Panels offer the same acoustic and aesthetic benefits as our Perforated FELT Panels, but in a format tailored for easy installation. Available in three standard perforation sizes and patterns, these panels feature a sandwich construction: the CoreBOO veneer is laminated onto a thin, recycled aluminum substrate (providing rigidity, stability, and fire resistance), which is then bonded to a 24mm recycled PET felt backing for added acoustic performance.

Customizations
- Perforated panels can be made with perforation diameters down to 0.5mm.
- Substrate thickness and color can also be customized based on the application and need.
- “FSC” bamboo material is available.
Environmental Compliance
- Made from sustainably harvested, rapidly renewable bamboo (5-year harvesting cycle)
- E0 (low-VOC) and NAUF (No Added Urea Formaldehyde) adhesives and coatings
- CARB 2 and LEED-Compliant (FSC material available)

‘Drop-IN’ PERF PANELS
The CoreBOO DROP-IN Perforated Panels are similar to our standard Perforated FELT Panels but are sized to fit standard ceiling grid assemblies. The panels are available in 3 standard perforations sizes and patterns, and like the Perforated Felt panels are made using a sandwich construction where the CoreBOO veneer is laminated onto a thin, recycled aluminum substate (adds rigidity, stability, and fire-resistance), and then that layer is laminated onto a 24mm recycled PET felt substrate. NOTE: other perforation patterns and/or panel sizes are available, so please inquire if interested.
